Outlook express

When I receive e-mails with attachments, often the attachments will not come through. When I click on them a message comes up saying that 'Outlook express has removed access to the following unsafe attachments' Even though the attachments are coming from secure sites.
Often it will allow some to be opened and other times not, although they have been sent from the same person.
If anybody can give me any advice I would be grateful.

It sounds like you have the option to not allow attachments set in Outlook Express.

If I remember correctly, this will allow certain types of attachment depending on what type of file. this might explain why some come through and others do not.

If you want all attachments go to Tools on the top menu bar, Options and click the Security tab. the 4th click box down turns this feature on/off.
