Ah- another example of people here (in this case north/western Europe) being too dumb to see the 'truth' that only some on here are clever/knowledgeable to see.
It could also be that we (well many of us in North/West Europe) have more sense. maybe ickeria's tentative suggestion is right.
The problem with surveys like this though is that they are too often flawed.
