i had a plastic one before but it
got filthy and wasn't much use.

It's cool,blowing, and drizzly here...I think that's what it was last time I answered one of these Q's...;-). I even put the liner back in my parka this morning. The wind off the river can be fierce in the park when I walk the pooch.
