It is a green tie and whoever manipulated it used it as a green screen (used in films and TV) to project images onto the screen

Samjenko - the problem with the media is that we have all been lied to so often that we tend to disbelieve what we are told. Trump is an idiot but some of his ideas are basically sound. His 'reign' might work and it might not
