Visio 2000: Page Headers And Footers?
I still use this ancient, but useful MS Visio 2000. But, amongst some of such Visio "projects/diagrams", I found one with page footers inserted. These are not visible on the working sheet - one only sees them when in preview. I usually write the file-name and date manually. Having done this, I was surprised to find this and the already-inserted footer texts were overlapping.
Try as I may, I can find no means of deleting the old footer and replacing with my new file-name. I have even attempted to create a box with a filler, in the hope it would cover this old footer. But the latter is always "at the front".
--> Any suggestions in removing/hiding the offending footer would be appreciated.
Thank you.

However, if I've interpreted things correctly, you need to select the background page in order to be able to edit footers. Perhaps that's what you need to look for?
