About three or four times now.....over a couple of months.... the same car with the same driver has parked mostly on the pavement outside my house....

He sits with a clipboard looking around and making notes......copious notes....looking up at the houses....or maybe the sky......

A little walk around.....then back to the car and more notes.....he's now on the phone....

Doesn't appear that he's casing the joint.....if he is he's very thorough.....

Snazzy looking car......well dressed middle aged man......been here about forty five minutes now.....
If he's still here when I've dried the hair and put on the slap and gym gear I might ask...but..

MI5?.......Social whoever it is who checks up on folk?.......Errant husband hiding from angry wife?

Any ideas?......

Somebody probably told him it was a "Dogging" area and sits in his car wondering why no ones turned up to the event. Approach with caution. ;)

Don't you need bushes and trees if you're dogging?......There'd just be folk standing around on our open plan lawns if it takes off......and it's chilly too.....

I hope it's not a window cleaner.....we have window cleaning wars and I think I've employed two by mistake.....three would be....well it wouldn't be bliss, that's for sure....

My wife was worried by a similar occurrence outside our home while I was sailing across the Atlantic. Not long after I came home he appeared again,I thought that he was using the BT Internet hot spot generated by my Wi Fi router that is available to all BT Broadband users. I noticed he was on a laptop so just to placate my wife I went and asked him and for one of those rare moments in life,I was right. The chap was quite amused. Could this be what's happening near you. If you don't have BT a neighbour may.

Hmmm...that could explain why he sits where he does instead of in the empty little parking spot, Sam.....still he's done well to find a hot spot here.....I had to use sat nav to find my house for a month after I moved in....x
