Garden Fence Maintenance
7 Answers
Hi Poster,
Advice needed please. ....
My sister's house back garden was damaged and fell a few weeks ago and still laid flat on my sister's lawn. Due to high winds I suspect.
THe problem is that the fencing does not belongs to her and the neighbour seems to have ignored it despite its their fencing.
What could be done to remove the panel do my sister could cut the lawn?
Could we move the panel and put on the neighbour's side?
Thanks for your reply.

She will not be able to move the panel as it will be too heavy. I could help her but I am very concerned that the neighbour might get aggressive or abusive and I don't want a heart attack as my health is in a poor state at the moment.
But If we have the legal right to move the fencing then I will ask my other neighboys yo help.
