I posted earlier before I read AB. I always start sneezing violently in March and have done for a number of years. I have no idea what I am allergic to. I don't take anything for it either, just put up with it.
I suffered with hay fever all my life until about 12 years ago when i read an article about taking a dessert spoon of local honey every day to help the symptoms. Works a treat, no longer take any drugs and only get it very mildly when it is at its very highest reading in the summer months. Well worth a try, must be local honey and takes about 6 months for it to take full effect, so it make not help too much this year, but next year you should be a lot better.
As a young man, in my twenties/early thirties, I used to suffer from hay fever but haven't for years now. I presume that I obtained my own immunity and have now grown out of it.
But recall how it used to appear with a vengeance in high summer.....not very nice !
