Medic Allert Bracelet

Can anyone help me to find a ladies medic alert bracelet please, I'd like one that opens to write all of my medical problems on a label then the 'locket screws together. I've seen them in stainless steel but would like silver if possible. Thank you.

This one links to a website where you can list your medical issues, as well as having brief details on the bracelet itself. personally I wouldn’t rely on a paper list in a locket.

I had one that was a locket but it wasn't watertight. I wanted something that I could put on and forget about it.

Thank you, that's Coco (not after the drink but because she's a clown!) She's almost 8 now, we got her at 1 year ish, she'd been locked in a shed for that year. She's a good girl except she barks at everything. Thanks again for your help.
