I can't see where they are.

I messaged a seller about an item I haven't received but can't find where they reply to.

Yeah...but where to? I wasn't asked for my email address to I assume it's through Amazon.

yup...i had a non receipt not long ago...AMAZON get all the mails to monitor..

Under your account there is a section called "message centre" under that there's "buyer/seller messages" - is that any good?

Once in there you have a few options:

Important Messages (0)
Related to Your Orders (0)
Related To Your Account (0)
Other Messages (0)
Buyer/Seller Messages

If you've looked here already, maybe it has been published on the item instead. Maybe look there.

Ok.

No they haven't answered. It's for a delivery that was suppose to be here on the 28th Feb. In my order it says 'on it's way'

I've sent them another message with my email address so we'll see.

depends on the carrier, the sender can only estimate really ..bit too early to report non recept I was told to wait 10 days
