Well, the lyrics from Song 1 are shamelessly and blatantly nicked from Music by John Miles, but there's no way you could call that a dance track.

I know, but the one i am looking for is a dance track, i also know that the second song the quote is from the the film the omega man, but once again no prises for this, i am after the name of the dance/hardcore tracks

This is in a song by Barry Mannilow, but I dont think you could call it a dance track, unless you mean a 'smooch'.
