Mobility Allowance

Could anyone tell me if a pensioner aged 90 receiving the full attendance allowance (£80+) would be entitled to receive the Mobility Allowance?

Are you in the UK? If so, Mobility Allowance is now gone. It was replaced by a mobility component in Disability Living Allowance which in turn is replaced by a Personal Independence Payment. In any case, I believe, and can’t find any evidence to refute this, that all of those payments are for those under 65 and over 65 the payment is Attendance Allowance.

You get DLA or Attendance Allowance, no more Mobility Allowance. If already on Attendance Allowance or on DLA and over 65, you stay on it, new claimants get Personal Independence Payment and existing claimants under age 65 are being moved over to PIP.
