Paradichlorobenzene air fresheners

Am looking for a product that was sold by Superdrug up until the end of 2005. The item was sold in packs of three, white, circular shaped with a hole in the middle and cost approx 69p per pack. Each block was individually wrapped in red cellophane. Then all three again wrapped in clear cellophane. They were marketed under the name of Rose Air Fresheners, but I believe they were in fact toilet blocks. Many people do not like the smell of them as they are reminiscent of the smell in public toilets. I do not like the smell of the replacement product however, Scentinel blocks by Jeyes. I have contacted Superdrug and they no longer stock the item, nor do they have any surplus stock. I have asked on e-bay and received a reply saying that a company called Wilkos sells them in England, however I am based in Scotland and we do not have branches of that shop here. I have given as full a product description as possible and am hoping that somebody can offer advice on where I can get some from. I have looked online but they are only sold in bulk quantities for business. I would be happy to pay for the item, plus associated postal and other costs if anyone has any spare at home they no longer need/want. Alternatively, if any one knows of any other stockists selling similar items to consumers, please let me know. I would be most grateful as it would solve months of fruitless searching! p.s. the chemical in the name is for information, it is not actually used in the name of the product.

hello. I know just what you are looking for and up till recently, Wilkinsons definitely had these on their shelves. Have a look if you have a Wilko store locally. Hope you get them - they are good aren't they!

Hi, thanks so much for your reply. I had been told previously that Wilkinsons did stock them. However, I am based in Scotland and we do not have any stores at all in Scotland. If you read my original posting again, you will see that I have offered to pay for the item, plus postage costs if anyone would be so kind as to sell me some. I realise that this would be quite an imposition and cannot think of anything to offer in return except my gratitude! If you could be bothered helping out, please let me know. I cannot think of any motivational angle for the person concerned, except if you every asked for my help with anything I would do my utmost to reciprocate.
