Can someone please tell me what is the average IQ for a 19 year old?

isn't "average" iq across the board 100? Dont they work it out by average anyway. to me that is what is meant by "quotient" (to divide)

The average IQ is 100 across the board. Tests are adjusted for age but not up to 19.

IQ, or Intelligence Quotient, is the ratio of a person's mental age to their chronological age (multiplied by 100).

Therefore a person of "average intelligence", no matter their age, will have an IQ of 100.

The trick is deciding what "mental age" really means.
