Me and my partner already live together we are due to be married end of the year. I currently claim income related esa for both of us and kids and also housing ect all in my name whence get married will it all changer do I just call them and change my last name?

I think the benefits won't change - you just let them know the name change. However you should check this with an independent advice agency such as the local Citizens Advice Bureau.
