42a Romantic writers blue poem and wine capturing dearest's heart (6,2,8). This must be Cyrano de Bergerac and I understand the blue poem bit, but how does wine fit in? Also don't understand 40d: Severe daughter with tiny motor perhaps turning up to collect one (9), which I think is draconian, but why? Hope you can help. Found other clues in this a bit obscure too.

Thanks Lie-In King! Understand now, was thinking of a particular wine rather than a region, but no excuse! Also would never have got the nano reference.
