The cafe will never be the same without her. One of my favourite lines that Ivy had, was

"Of all the gifts you can be born with, perhaps the most precious you can hope for in a man is a low IQ"

Tilly....if you read the Guardian obituary, you will just what a full life on the stage she did have.....I am still aghast as the Osiris Players !

can't find it now....I had to look her up, think I am the only person in the planet that has never watched Summer wine..

Minty...I sincerely hope not ! I was a huge fan of the series. When Compo and Co were bored and on he prowl, it was always funny.

It's being re-run on Drama. Still funny. Ivy was brilliant!
