Cant Get Ab To Work When First Switched On

When I put on Answerbank and sign in I am ages before I can ask or answer anything. The topleft corner of screen just goes round and round. I am sometimes waiting 10-15 minutes. Is it my laptop?

What browser are you using (chrome, safari)? And is it only AnswerBank?

I don't log out and often when I have answered a Q it takes a couple of minutes for AB to run again.
Quite annoying really.

It is only Answerbank that does it. I am firefox. Thanks for all replies. I will try not signing out

don't sign out, i have had same problem, firefox just taking an age to load.
Buenchico is good at responding to this sort of thing if he's about.

Have you got the latest version of Firefox, which is 53.0.

You can check this by going to the Menu bar on Firefox and clicking on Help/About Firefox. If its not up-to-date it will offer you an option to update.

I don't sign out from AB, I just close the tab.

I operate on Windows 7 with Firefox and am free of any problems.

What operating system are you using ?: Windows Vista, W 7, 8 or whatever. I know of one chap in AB who is still using Windows XP, but Not without problems.
