American Style Pancakes
I have googled but can only seem to find authentic American ones which list the ingredients in cups and seeing as how I have no idea what cup size they refer to I'm ideally looking for one with UK weights and measurements.
Thanks

And a US recipe for the panckaes?
8 oz Flour
1 Egg
1 tb Butter/margarine, melted
5fl oz Milk
1 ts Baking powder
3 tb Sugar
 ts Salt
Sift the dry ingredients together, add the egg and mix it in until it is almost absorbed. Add the milk and mix until semi-smooth. Mix in the molten butter/margarine. It should make about 5 pancakes 7 inches in diameter. Use less sugar if you like to use a lot of syrup.
