2d Possible result of union's publicity:pipeline limits. Answer is offspring. I can get the "Possible result of union" bit (worthy of Cyclops in the Eye) but can't get the reason for " 's" or the rest of it.

11a Offspring.  The result of a marriage or "union" and I was happy enough to accept that if a spring was connected to a pipe the off would limit it ie. Off Spring. sorry best I can do. :))

The S is from union's, publicity gives PR, and "pipeline" gives "off ing".
