Recently went to milan for 24 hour holiday, didnt book accomodation just stayed out at bars etc then slept for couple of hours in a park. Had a wicked time and was wondering if anyone copuld recomend a destination for 24 hour holiday the sequel! Cheap flight availability, good nightlife (recommendations welcome) and parkland or equivalent are top of the requirements!

Barcelona has great beaches and (I'm told) great nightlife as well. (There's plenty of parkland around, as well).

I went for a day trip earlier this year, with dirt cheap Ryanair flights from Stansted to Girona (and then the express bus to Barcelona).

I'd agree with the above. Barca is great, although I was there for a few days. The flight is a couple of hours, bus about another hour. Probably too much to do for 24 hrs but a great taster trip. And for your night out try the old olympic village area. Has a bunch of clubs that are open most of the night.
