If the hot and cold taps are already there it could be done by a monkey.

Assuming the taps are there, there will be 2 silver end caps on the pipes one with a red tap, one blue. Match up the pipes on the washing machines to the taps, make sure they are nice and tight, turn on the taps, move your washing machine to the desired place, and get those grundies washed!
