Does anyone know who did the acoutsitc version of Merry Xmas Everbodby by Slade which was playing in the last episiode of Teachers on Channel 4?

I believe Noel Gallagher did it but for the life of me can't remember if it ever got a release. Incidentally, several of the songs used last night appeared on the 2000 Christmas album from XFM - It's a cool, cool christmas, including
