The phone will not accept incoming calls.
Calls go through to voicemail.
Please help.

It seems like you've somehow turned on your voicemail, so that all calls are diverted to voicemail.
I've got a z5 compact, so I'd assume that the settings are fairly similar.
Go to settings > call > call forwarding > voice.
When it brings a list up, check to make sure that all of these are disabled.
If they are, then you need to ring your voicemail and turn it off from there. How you ring your voicemail will probably depend on what network you're on.

I went to Settings, Call, Call Fordwarding and found that 'always forward calls' to voice mail had been enabled.

Do you know how to reduce the number of rings before a call goes to voice mail?
