please could anyone tell me , which of the canarys, would be suitable for my friend, who cannot get to cold , so cant be in a place that is to windy , maybe you know of somewhere else ,

depends when he/she is going.
No gaurantees can be made for the weather, but in general, the further west islands (Tenerife mainly) will be windier (though not necesarily colder) than the eastern ones (Fuertaventura/Lanzarote). Gran Canria is in the middle, and the others (El Hierro, La Gomera and La Palma) aren't really used much for package holidays.

Fueteventura is a wind surfers Mecca,so avoid it,Tenerife is fine at Los Christianos.In Lanzarote avoid the Costa Teguise area[windsurfing again,]& stick to Playa Blanca or Purto del Carmen

As gowergirl says, Fueteventura is the windy isle. The name means something like strong wind.

Most of the winds will be nice and warm though.

Maybe you should try somewhere like Egypt

Me and my boyfriend went to Feurteventura last year and even though it is windy there was no way we were getting cold! It was absolutely lovely and hot and the breeze just made sure that the wavy palm leaves looked nice really!
