We went on Thursday - in the wind, rain and mud glorious mud!!
But still enjoyed it, lovely setting for the show at this new location.

I freely admit that man-made beauty (such as a fantastic Art Deco building) will always be infinitely more wonderful to me than anything that nature can offer, so I'm probably not the best-placed person to be possting here.
However I'd much rather pay a few pounds to go around a community-based 'open gardens' event (with perhaps 10 or 20 vastly different gardens spread around a single village) than go to a mega-expensive 'over formal' RHS event in a single location.
