I do not dispute the right of the Tories, as the largest party, to have first bash at forming a government, but she is not the person to lead it. She is mortally wounded; she should go now, and quickly, so that someone else might have a chance of salvaging something by raking among the cinders.
Up to a point I'd agree with ymb -- certainly I'd see little sense in moving Davis, Johnson and Fox, with a view to continuity in the Brexit negotiations (even if the approach changes, should the staff?). But to move exactly nobody from a top job, even Hammond -- who's come in for some criticism as Chancellor -- is a surprise.
And finally there's that comment from Fallon on this morning's Marr show, something like: "We're going to see, I hope, a more collective decision-making cabinet. I, and other senior colleagues, have made that clear to [Theresa May]."
