movie help

a while back when i was younger i watched a movie. in this movie there was this white room and like a big round thing on the ceiling which a man came out of in loads of brown gunk or something. I think they called him a dinosaur. there may have also been a nridge and a bomb. i think it was futuristic. help please!

staring bob hoskins the slimy dinosaur is king cooper played by dennis hopper.

the bombs used to walk as they did in the mario game hope this helps!!
