Off the "shelf" ? I'd not know but suspect unlikely. The market would be small, the offered range tiny, it's a bespoke request and easier to convert a normal door. But good luck with your search.

I very much doubt it, as OG says it would be totally impractical. It is fairly simple to fit one yourself.

Agree with OG. Whoever installs your door should have the skill and tools to insert a cat flap.

There are a variety of Storm Doors with pet doors installed into them. These can be a good option if you aren’t wanting to cut a hole into your regular swinging door. Or if you have glass or French doors where you are unable to cut a hole for a pet door.
