Well it has all been sorted out today, after lots of e-mails, discussions, phone calls etc, and I have settled for £270.00 compensation, and no charge for gas/electricity from January 1st, to end of May 2017, which would have been approx £300.00.

So well pleased, and thanks for the support. :-)

Great news trt. Ive posted on here b4 about my own fight with energy suppliers ripping me of with DD payments (npower).
These companies need more regulation but glad you got sorted in the end, well done.
