Parking at Milton Keynes Bowl
8 Answers
me and my friends are going to see Take That in concert on saturday at the Milton Keynes Bowl. One of us is thinking of driving rather than having to mess around getting a train there. We have heard the horror stories of trying to get out of the car park at the bowl after concerts. I've seen on here that people suggest parking in some industrial sites etc around that area, and wondered if anyone could help out with actual places they know of that we could try to park in? Dont mind if its a bit of a wallk to the Bowl - just want to be able to park easier! Thanks for any help x

If you don't mind a little bit of a walk, you could park on the Asda/IKEA car-park? Then it's just straight up the hill to The Bowl. There's an industrial estate on that road too, but I'm guessing that's the first place people'll park. Have a fab night (I'll hopefully be listening in the garden) :o) x

Ooh I've heard the parking is horrific there. In fact, all of Milton Keynes is awful. And the trains sometimes get as far as Luton and then just vanish into thin air.
It might be best if you don't go.
Tell you what, as a personal sacrifice, I will take your tickets off your hands for you, and go instead, just to save you from the horror of Milton Keynes. My address is Big Take That Fan House, Howard Donald Road, Manchester.
I'll look out for them in the post!!

OMG Doglady I almost belived you for a second there!!! I am fully prepared for the horror that is parking in Milton Keynes, and a bit of waiting around in traffic will not stop me seeing my first loves, and anyway, I wouldnt trust the post to get the tickets to you on time!! Good try though! LOL!!

Hi Whiskeysheri! We had no problems parking - we parked in the station car park - was so easy to get in and out of. Traffic there and back was an absolute nightmare though! I now have one burnt arm where we sat in traffice for so long and i couldnt get it out of the sun! lol!! The concert was amazing though - i felt about 12 years old again!! They've def still got it and are as fit as ever!! Did you see any of the fireworks?! The whole concert was just excellent!!
