Hi. ty for all your comments. My partner was already married but seperated. and in ireland you have to wait legally 4 years b4 you can divorce. we are waiting for it to come through. we had planned on getting married on 28th september this year 5 years to the day of getting offically engaged, but with not knowing when the divorce will come through we have postponed it until april/may next year. which is a shame as we had hotel,cake, photographer,limo,dress, everything all ready for this year, but hey we have waited this long another few months wont make any difference for us. hope that helps in your questions. mr mnko and (future) mrs mnko
