How you feeling, good, bad? I've just had some pics from my son who's in Thailand with his girlfriend. I said, I like the shot of the walkway lit up with the mountain in the background! He sent a laughing face ... that's the roof of a restaurant! Hmmm! Got to go to work.

69 in August,can't really do much as the result of a stroke back in 2000 but we get out and about as much as we can and as long as I keep taking the tablets and can get out for a pint with the lads on a Friday night I'll be ok.

I am 60 and fortunate to not need to work even though I won't get State Pension for another seven years.
I struggle with my mental health but I am well at the moment. I have built up a good life which I am enjoying very much.

67, Pasta.....but when someone asked if Dave had pulled Gness Islay didn't think so because she thought Dave was much younger....Gness being in her late seventies.....

Dave now has a head the size of a beach ball..... :-)
