There's a test called First Response, which can detect the pregnancy hormone about 3/4 days before your period is due.

Usually the most reliable is when you test just as (or after) your period is due. The pregnancy hormones get stronger the closer you get to your period date and it is the pregnancy hormones that make the pregnancy test work.

You can find out as early as a week before your period. It does require an expensive pregnancy test. It might be best to wait it out till you are just a day or two before, then First Responce will work.
