I have put all mine on an app on my phone. It's called Stocard and you just scan your bar codes on your cards and they are stored for you to use at the checkout. Then you can just shove all your cards in the drawer and have a lighter purse/wallet! Result!!

I only have one card, it's a Debit Card from my Bank, it's all I need.
I like my loyalty cards
I'm sure my new contactless Tesco Club card will be here any day, get rid of the old one so not really an increase in number.
You may want to review the situation to decide which ones are essential and which are not - especially if you are thinking of applying for credit or loans in the near future. If any of these products are reported upon to a credit reference agency and you do not maintain/use them regularly it could affect a lending decision. You may be better to close down on some of these accounts and cut the cards up. You may also be able to consolidate one or two at least.
me too. I get my RAC renewal off my tesco card.
You get them for all kinds of things not just accounts , I only have one of those.

Library,Electric,Water,BT, mobile provider etc and of course the loyalty cards for points and the like.
Flonska, I think we are talking loyalty cards here not store credit cards.
Hopkirk . . . the subject included bank cards - hence my caveat "If any of these products are reported upon . . . " Your comment about loyalty cards is noted and appreciated - thanks!
Yes, now I read your answer properly I see that now. Apologies
I am the same as Baldric.
Hopkirk - apology unnecessary, Your point for clarification was appropriate :-)
I have one debit card (essential), 4 credit cards (2 of which are dormant) and Nectar card, also dormant, as 1/2 p in the £ doesn't really make it worthwhile. I can't see the point of a contactless loyalty card; you just swipe it at the till.
I hope Tesco equip their pay at petrol pump machines with contactless readers. Getting your clubcard bar code read there is a nightmare.
Isn't Tesco just a nightmare full stop ? :-D
I too am the same as Baldric!!!!
went to purchase an item at Boots (no!! not that)
lass at checkout said I had enough points on my card to 'buy' it with the points.
Well, saved me £1.86, I don't buy that much from them anyway!
