When Did It All Change ?

I noticed on the news that the royals were in Poland. Since when did they change it that all the royals could fly together ?

It hasn't changed. The basic rule is that the monarch and the heir should not fly together.

I think it happened first when William was a baby and Charles and Diana visited Australia ....all three traveled together.

Was in the early eighties ....William was about 6 months old .....lovely little baby, I believe the Princess was very reluctant to go without him, quite rightly !

1983 ....and looking at the photos, gosh, George is the image of William at the same age !

As the Queen is the monarch and Charles the heir apparent and William and George after that the monarch and heir did not fly together.
