Can any one tell me the name of the movie. Everyone is kept underground in these old silos they think they are above ground but can't go out due to toxins. They get picked whilst in there and they are in fact chosen to go into an operation as they are paid for duplicates of someone in the outside world. They are their insurance if they get ill
