This program was scheduled for last week, but cancelled at the last moment, due to Wimbledon. How can I find out when the Beeb is going to re-schedule it ?

I looked everywhere in the whole world and couldn't find a rescheduled day Mikey. Email them :-)
Don't know but I might consider lending you my FLW lego sets to fill time until it is screened.

Wolfie....not sure what email address to use !

I left them a message on their FB page - but I am not at all optimistic about getting a reply.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/complaints/ There doesn't seem to be a normal contact email address.

You can set up an alert on the BBC site and they will contact you by email when the programme will be back on.

It actually looks quite interesting and I may watch it on the BBC player when it is available. I have no TV.

According to my Radio Times, that programme was a "regional variation" only shown on BBC2 Wales at 9pm 15July. Perhaps you need to contact BBC Wales....
don't expect an answer any day soon, i asked them a question a week ago and still no joy.
Programmes about architects may come and programmes about architects may go

eccles - I have thought about this and am unable to come up with an answer. What type of Lego is "FLW lego".

Don't think there's a general email address to contact the BBC, Mikey. I wanted to find out if there were any plans to show in England a programme about the architect Alexander 'Greek' Thomson (a great interest of mine)which was on BBC 2 in Scotland a couple of months ago. Couldn't find any way of contacting them save by letter.
Thought you may find this of interest mikey.

Mamy, thank you

the Beeb were taken by surprise by Wimbledon, were they? You can just never tell when it'll come around next.

Thanks everybody...I will just have to keep an eye on that BBC link.

I a big fan of FLW and have visited many of his buildings over the years, including Falling Water....twice !

A truly wonderful home.
"The Man Who Built America".......great album from Horslips......
I've always wanted to see Falling Water, mikey, but never have. The ones round Chicago, Taliesin West ... I even tried to get to see the Ennis Brown house in LA but it was covered in plastic to keep out the rain. A local architect told me "That's how you know it's Wright's, all his houses leak."
I 'd love to see this programme. I watched a programmme on FLW when I spent some time in washington in 1999. It was excellent and I think on HBO

jno....try to see Falling Water if you can. Its a bit off the beaten track but well worth it. There are also plenty of his houses in the area around Chicago, and its easy to join FLW Tour.

I sneaked into the grounds of the Ennis House, about 25 years ago. Someone had left the side gate open !

The Hollyhocks House is very easy to visit in LA.
