I never have trouble with Ebay as I am always logged in - however they asked me to log in today which I have done - they are not recognising my usual password so I said I "forgot" - they then sent me an email allowing me to change the password - they then ask for security number to be added - I have done this 4 times and still I can't get in without them saying "ooops password not recognised" or something like that.

Anything else I can do.

can't hear them Danny when I ring - but thanks for that - what I did do 5th time - instead of clicking onto reset password in my email - i clicked onto another thingmajig - then it allowed me to reset the password.

I wasn't in earlier on and postman left me a note to say an item has been denied me because seller didn't pay postage so it is asking me to pay the postage. This has never happened before - do you know what happens here.

This does not sound right.Unless you have made an agreement to pay the postage, the seller should pay it.E-mail ebay and ask them what you should do now.
