It would, wouldn't it. I am just hoping Craig does not lose his job. They did not specify the one thing he did wrong that would scupper his chances.

There have been successful prosecutions with evidence from secret recordings so it can't be illegal in itself

Maybe it is illegal for a police officer (or special constable) to do it but Craig wasn't on duty at the time

They keep referring to Craig as a Special. I thought Specials were volunteers but then they refer to his job. Have I got it wrong? Probably have ha ha.

How would you refer to his unpaid job?

Call me shallow but a pretty young girl like her is unlikely to go for a gormless hulk of a lad like him. I know its what is on the inside that counts and all that but sorry I just can't see it myself.

I think that they will become closer. But, Craig will end it as he will realise that Bethany is with him because he makes her feel safe etc. He won't want to, as he loves her, but will do it for her sake.
