Moving To The UK From Mexico...How?

I asked 2 years ago about my mexican girlfriend obtaining a visa to work in Spain: http://www.theanswerbank.co.uk/Travel/Question 49367.html In the end she just came and stayed with me in the UK for almost 9 months, we travelled about europe and had a great time...then she had to go home :-( Now...we want to be together, we have been apart for a year and it has sucked! Do any of you know what the procedure would be for getting permission for her to stay in teh UK and work etc...people talk about marriage but you hear stories about people doing this and then their new wife gets deported! We want to do it legally and properly and spend the rest of our lives together! Also, what about doctors and stuff? What happens if she needs medical attention? What if we want to start a family?

Would the Mexican embassy have any control over OUR immigration laws?

they will be able to point you in the right direction to do it legally.and will help you do it the right way,then in the future it will be kosher
