I want to start my months free trial of Netflix. Previously when I've thought about it I've been able to get the list of prices etc. on my Smart TV but I've never gone ahead. But today I thought I'd give it a go but I only get the Netflix name in red come up and the little whirly waiting wheel which has been going on for ages. I can get the prices in my laptop and could watch things on there but I don't know why I can't go ahead on the TV. Any thoughts please?
i have NEVER been able to connect to netflix on my smart tv - it doent do the whirly thing, but it says that i cannot connect - try again later. All other smart-enabled features work. It's a puzzle. I have an LG tv
I also have an LG and this has occasionally happened to me with Netflix, it's always because the TV has lost connection with the internet. I turn the router off and on again to force a re-connection. Not saying this is your problem.
