P45 And Final Salary Paid Before Dismissal Appeal Pending?
1 Answers
Hi All,
My employer terminated my contract on 6th July with immediate effect but has given me 5 days to appeal against the decision which i did in the given time frame. They have given me hearing date on 27th July 2017 but on 24th HR Manager postponed the date to 2nd August due to Accounts Director is busy and she sent me a letter confirming as well. Today I received my P45 and final salary payslip. How can they issue P45 & final salary before appeal?
The dismissal is due to RIGHT TO WORK issue but it was a mistake from the Home Office and I got an email from HO as well that I do have the right to work.
Can anyone please advise regarding this any guideline regarding P45?
