stonehenge was first landmark i thought of but it's a letter short in total
With the letters so near to an anagram of stonehenge I think that must be it.Where do the letters come from JW?
Do you have contact with the quiz setter to verify the letters?
Is it defintely 11 letters, jilly?
If there a few more letters it could be Longleat House

Thanks for that, that's what I thought at first because there are so many typing errors on the sheet..
In your previus post on this you said it could be a place name, landmark, building, pubs, beauty spots in Wiltshire) so it could be Green something or something Green
I have googled lists of Wiltshire landmarks and the only near those letters is Stonehenge.
add a B and you are close to this

There is a Setton in Wiltshire so if we can find a Setton Green then that will be it- but I can only find Setton Monument
And there is TESTON GREEN in kent but that's too far away
Have you any more info to clarify the letters/letter count please jilly?
Before I unsubscribe from this thread, does anyone know what the answer turned out to be please?
Don't know the quiz so can't check.

I've seen an answer on here on here, was a rather obscure Pub name which a couple of ABers seemed to know, can't find it atm.
