I've had a problem lately with emails. Twice I've not received emails with attachments. They have bounced back.
Over the years I've been getting 30-40 emails a day mainly spam.
Suddenly I'm getting hardly any emails a day. I'm not bothered about loss of spam but wondering what is going on.
Any ideas folks?

Different email providers have different maximum sizes for attachments which can be sent or received. If someone tries to send you an email which is beyong the maximum size permitted (for incoming mail) by your email provider it will get bounced.

Chris, I know the emails that were tried to be sent were not too big. One was only 4 pages long.
The usual trick for solving email problems (on any device) is simply to delete the account and then create it again.
