outlook has stopped working on my laptop in chrome (works in firefox) i have windows 7 should i remove chrome and reinstall?
I have a laptop using vista and outlook works in chrome on that one

In what way doesn't Outlook.com work in Chrome? Can you access the log-in page? Can you log in? What happens then?

If all else fails though you should try resetting Chrome before goiing down the uninstall+reinstall route:

PS: I've assumed that you're referring to the Outlook.com website. If, instead, you're referring to the Outlook email client not opening when you click on an email address in Chrome, please let us know. (I could happily strangle whoever it was at Microsoft who decided to use the same 'Outlook' name for two entirely different things!)
