Our family likes chinese food. We have rice, sugar, a variety of vegetables + fruit, eggs, soy sauce, and everything thing a regular house hold would have! Now can you help me think of something to make?

Remove from frying pan, pop into a dish lined with kitchen paper to absorb excess oil. Beat up eggs and a little water and few drops of soya sauce and pour into frying pan. Allow to cook gently over a low heat until the egg starts to set, then add potato mix back into the setting eggs. Pop under a heated grill until the whole lot puffs up, sprinkle with some more soya sauce, fold in half and serve with bread and butter and possibly some sweetcorn. Can I come round now and demonstrate please ?
How about vegetable kebabs with peanut sauce (not chinese, but oriental), and fried rice.
Veggie kebabs - cut some vegetables up like mushrooms, peppers, onions. stick them on kebab sticks then BBQ/fry or grill them.
Peanut sauce - Mix 2 tbsps peanut butter, 2tbsps soya sauce, 2 tsps sugar, drizzle some sesame oil in there if you have any. Heat in microwave. Drizzle over cooked kebabs.
Fried rice - Boil some rice til fluffy. Fry a plain omelete in a seperate pan, chop up and add to fried rice mixture. Add some salt or soya sauce when mixing for a bit of flavour if you like.

stir fry - vegetarian or chicken
1- cut up the chicken into smallish pieces.. coat them in oil and seasoning with a bit of soy sauce.
2- fry the chicken
3- put the vegetables in the pan aswell.. the best veg for stir fry is a family pack of stri fry veg that you buy in a pack.
4-add soy sauce to taste
You can add small bow pasta if you like or not use the chicken

Sorry, did not post answer from last night because you did not mention whether you are all vegetarians, with no mention of meat or fish..........
I have countless recipe books for different cuisines around the world. If you are a regular household that enjoys Chinese food then do you not have any yourself?
