Neighbours Planned Extension
Our neighbours want to build an extension. They want to replace the existing one. The side of it is also the property boundary. The problem for us is that our Oil tank is situated alongside what will be part of the side of their extension. The tank would have to be moved for safety's sake. So who would pay for it to be located?

If you don’t want it moved then refuse :)
There's something called the party wall act, which it sounds as though they'll have to apply for too.
