Can anyone please tell me when The Simpson are supposed to be coming onto Channel 4. They said they'd brought the rights 2 years ago and even axed Brookside but they still haven't put it on yet. If they are actually going to show please hurry up as BBC keep looping the same 10 episodes!

I didn't know that The Simpsons was coming to channel 4. I read that they axed Brookside so that they could move Hollyoakes into a prime time evening slot.

I think it's November 2004 that Channel 4 can start showing them, but the BBC have the rights to show their current set up until 2006 so it could well be that Channel 4 decide not to show the Simpsons until the BBC have finished.
