Does anyone have a tried and tested chocolate ice cream recipe which doesn't involve egg yolks (for an ice cream machine) please?

Thanks Thewinner. I did see that - I think it might be an Indian recipe as I saw it on an Indian site and they have a very sweet tooth so I wasn't sure about it. I ended up using a recipe that contained eggs in the end.

That's OK. We have found out one of our family has a dairy allergy and we have been searching for all sorts of recipes.
